Conference fee includes seeing Irvin Yalom and other speakers on Sunday (3/3) at no additional charge.

MEALS
Conference fee is all inclusive of meals: Thursday (lunch, dinner), Friday (breakfast, lunch, dinner), Saturday (breakfast, lunch, dinner), and Sunday (breakfast). The catering service will accommodate dietary preferences (vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, etc.), if noted at the time of registration purchase. The service also includes full beverage service and snacks from Thursday through Sunday morning. 

ACCOMMODATIONS
Accommodations on Pacifica's campus are available for prepurchase.  You can add the accommodations prepurchase at the time of registration checkout.  Just click on the button above.

Pacifica’s Ladera Lane Campus

A limited number of rooms are available for participants at special rates;

            $82.50 per night single occupancy (one twin or standard full size bed)

            $115 per night couple occupancy (one standard full size bed; not a queen)

            $125 per night double occupancy (two twin beds)

            Plus 10% occupancy tax.

Accommodations are simple, dormitory-style rooms with shared bath and shower. Accommodation preferences may be purchased at the time of registration checkout.  For a refund on accommodations at the Ladera Lane Campus, cancellation with full refund will be accepted up to thirty days before your scheduled arrival. No refunds on your accommodations fee will be made after that time.

A limited number of rooms are available for participants at special rates:

            $90 per night single or double occupancy plus tax.

These rooms are held for our group at this special rate until two weeks before the program. Be sure to mention “APA Conference” to receive the special rate. Please note that Pacifica shuttles do not provide service to and from the Best Western for the conference.
